World's Biggest Loser

Ha! That got your attention, didn't it? Seriusly, just joined the Biggest Loser Club. Today is day one. Pancakes for breakfast, all right! I have got to start eating healthier. We do a good job with our daughter, lots of fruit and vegetables and lean protein, so its time we did that, too. No more pizza and nachos after she goest to bed. Goal today is fifteen minutes on the elliptical - that may kill me. I'll let you know!
